Impactport collects personal data only when you use the contact form. What we collect: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, the topic you choose, and your message. Why we collect it: to read your message and reply to you. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it to build a profile of you. Who handles it for us: Formspree, a United States service, receives and stores the messages and emails them to us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, sent the form. How long we keep it: we delete messages twelve months after our last reply. Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to contact@impactport.com. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This notice follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. We last updated it on 30 October 2026.
